Since 2003, NewSkin Laser Center has been physician-led — not a franchise, not a nurse-only injection bar. Every treatment plan at our Northridge and Simi Valley clinics is overseen by our board-certified physicians, who bring more than two decades of medical aesthetics experience and a shared philosophy: natural results that look like you, only better.

Founder & Lead Physician

Dr. Alan Darush, MD

Dr. Alan Darush is the founder and lead physician of NewSkin Laser Center, with over 21 years of experience in medical aesthetics. He is a recognized expert in HD (high-definition) liposuction and tumescent body contouring — expertise so established that he trains other physicians nationwide in his techniques. In the clinic, Dr. Darush is known for his precision injectable work: natural-looking Botox and neurotoxin treatments, advanced filler artistry including tear trough and jawline contouring, and comprehensive non-surgical facial rejuvenation. His treatment philosophy is conservative and anatomical — enhance what's there, never overdo it.

Dr. Gloria Monsalve, MD

Dr. Gloria Monsalve brings deep expertise in aesthetic medicine and patient wellness to both NewSkin locations. She works alongside Dr. Darush across the clinic's full treatment menu, with particular focus on medically supervised weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, and total-patient aesthetic planning — helping patients pair skin and body treatments with the internal health that makes results last. Patients consistently describe her consultations as thorough, honest, and pressure-free.
